TERMS OF SERVICE
Design:
1. Every Suit is made based on the design and sizing information you provide us. Due to the personal customization of each suit, all sales are final and we do not allow returns or refunds of any kind.
2. Once your suit is ready we will message you and send pictures of your new gem! From this moment on you have 4 weeks to send the final payment and we can arrange the shipping process. We do not hold back suits if you have pushed back your show, so if after 4 weeks you haven't deposited the final payment your suit will be considered as "abandoned" losing your deposit money and making the suit available for someone else to buy it.
3. Each suit is hand made and we cannot make "exact replicas" or copies from other suits or designers. If you are sending us pictures we can use them as a reference to know the colors, connectors or style you have in mind and create something alike, however, each suit is unique and special.
4. Due to monitor differences, actual colors of fabrics and crystals may vary slightly from what appears online, but we always work on uploading pictures that look as closer as it looks in person
Size:
1 The suits are made using a tried and true formula for athletes to get the perfect fit. We offer 3 different back coverages (Brazillian, Pro, Micro-Pro) and it is the responsibility of the client to order correct back cut, so please make sure you are ordering the correct one for your league.
2. We use your current glute measurement along with actual pictures and your anticipated weight loss until your show date to make your suit, using high quality fourway stretch nylon spandex which allows for normal weight fluctuation of competitors. All bikinis are left with some inches of fabric behind the back connectors that allow for a lifetime of quick adjustments by a local seamstress or anyone who knows how to sew.
Also, you can ask to get your bikini with the connectors sewn only on the front, so once you get it you can sew the connectors to the back with the size you feel the most comfortable with, although because of the spandex fabric we use and our method of sizing our suits, we have a very good history of fitting even when the suits are ordered 4-5 months in advance.
3. If there is an issue with your suit, we are here to help! and we will work with you to come up with recommendations and instructions on how to correct the fit of your suit for your show day.
Shipping:
1. Suits are shipped on the next working day after your final payment.
2. We use the fastest shipping available at DHL express. Which takes 1 to 3 days inside Mexico and 3 to 7 working days for USA and Canada.
3. After we ship your suit we have no control over it. We are not responsible for any delay that may occur by logistics of the shipping company or due customs in international orders, therefore any delay has to be solved directly with them using your tracking number.
Use and care:
1. Suits are for show only (avoid hot tubs, saltwater and chlorinated pools). We highly recommend you to use a posing suit or a different bikini to practice your poses and save the jewel for the big day. Read our tips to clean and care for your suit here.
